How much is included in the procedures?

For surgeries, do they perform an examination before hand? do they do blood work? how closely are they monitored during the surgery? do they give pain medication afterward, and how much? do they keep the cat overnight for observation? is there a follow-up exam included?

For other procedures, is there a follow-up phone call or visit? is the cost of the return visit included in the initial fee?
