Here are some of the cat-friendly observances for March (2015 edition).

March 1: День кошек в России (Cat Day in Russia)
March 2-8 (first week): National Professional Pet Sitter's Week
March 3: What if Cats & Dogs had opposable thumbs? day
March 8: Feed your cats an hour earlier because you changed your clock day (North America switches to Daylight Saving Time)
March 15-21 (Week 3): National Animal Poison Prevention Week (coincides with the human observance)
March 17: St Gertrude's Day (patron saint for cats, travelers, gardeners, and against rats, mice and mental illness)
(oh, and that Irish engineer guy, too.)
March 28: Respect Your Cat Day
March 29: Feed your cats an hour earlier because you changed your clock day (Europe switches to Summer Time)

When you set your clock an hour later, dinnertime by the clock comes an hour earlier by the sun. So when humans think it's 7:00, the cats will think it's 6:00. Smile Alternatively, the cats can let the humans sleep a little bit later until they get used to the new time.

Comments

Our big sister Rico's birthday is probably March 31, but maybe April 1st. He heard a cat screaming about 10:30 at night and found the kittens in the morning.
