Well Mom finally got a picture of me with my new orange collar. But did she really have to do it while I was eating? Geez, Mom!

Is there any other time when you are still enough that she could have taken the picture?

He sometimes gets my picture when I'm looking out the window.

Sometimes. And sometimes she doesn't have a camera handy. Other times she says the shot's just not right because I'll move at the wrong time or something. And sometimes she just can't find me, as I'm always in and out. She did get another picture of me before this one, while I was outside, but this one turned out better.
