Happy Pi Day and an update or two on Mom's writing

Happy Pi Day! Today is 3/14/15, or in math terms, 3.1415. So who is going to celebrate with some pie? Mom might later. She's going out to eat in a bit with her boyfriend, so we'll see if she has room for pie later. In other news, thankfully the weather is warming up some and instead of snow we're just getting rain. Mom's not crazy about the rain, but she prefers it to snow. And with the warmer temps, I'm spending a little more time outside again. Oh, and Mom finally released her short story collection a couple weeks ago. It's called Chronicles of Riss and can be found on Amazon ( http://www.amazon.com/author/jeanneowens ), Barnes and Noble, iBooks/iTunes, Scribd, Kobo, Page Foundry, and Tolino. It's only in e-book format right now, but Mom might eventually release it in paperback too sometime. But now that it's out, she can go back to writing on her other book and try to finish it - and hopefully give the cat she recently added to it more to do. But as she's busy now looking for a part-time job, or a better full-time job, she's not had a chance to get back to the book yet. Hopefully soon, though.
