When considering the staff, there are important questions to consider. How many doctors work at the clinic (total? at a time?)? How many vet techs? do they have people there without formal veterinary training? Would your cat always see the same vet? Is the person answering the phone and greeting clients a trained technician? Do they treat you friendly, like one would expect they treat customers? if you are in a multilingual or bilingual area, do they speak and understand your language (or is there a designated translator on staff)?
