The next area to consider is that of the staff at the clinic.

I like the staff at my vets office. they are nice even when I am trying to kill them!! My favorite vet tech will sometimes spend half an hour in the room waiting for me to calm down enough for her to be able to examine me. They say me kitty mom was probably a feral and that is why I freak out, I say I'm a GODDESS and shouldn't be touched!!! but the vet man says I get better every time I go in there, but I need a Brofur or sisfur to play with.
